Michael Hope has had an expansive career in safety, health and wellbeing, spanning over 20 years.

Originally from the North Eastern WheatBelt of Western Australia, Michael worked in Agriculture and Exploration drilling before studying safety and psychology at Curtin University in Perth.

Over his professional career, Michael has held a number of organisational, contracting and consulting roles in the Energy (Oil & Gas), Power and Utilities, Construction & Transportation, Infrastructure and Mining sectors.

In recent years, Michael has filled senior roles as a Client and Contractor representative on major projects for the delivery of Oil & Gas and Mineral processing facilities. Both roles have been highly diverse and required time spent both abroad and at home in Australia.

Michael now resides with his family in Bunbury, Western Australia, where he has established Hope and Associates. It's Michael's intent to share his wealth of knowledge and experience to assist businesses of all sizes reach their workplace health and safety goals.

Kelly is our behavioural specialist, with a passion for business and people.

Kelly is a Counsellor with a diverse background in both life and professional experience.

Raised by Deaf Parents, Kelly is a CODA "Child of Deaf Adult" who encompasses Auslan in much of her professional practice. Her relatableness and ability to communicate across a broad range of mediums makes her a genuine and influential leader.

Outside of counseling, Kelly has also amassed many years of experience in contract management and WHS in the building and construction industry.

Kelly is passionate about holistic practice with business leaders and individual employees alike. As an avid learner, Kelly is an inspiring Educator whose love for learning is contagious.
